How far can you travel to photograph our wedding?There's no limit to how far I travel for a wedding - travel within England and Wales up to 200 miles from where I'm based in Leicestershire is included in the package price, too.

You have a relaxed style - do you still take the posed (line-up) family shots?Yes, we still make time for these, although, every couple is different! Some of our couples have a long list and some, none at all. It all depends how much of the day you're willing to have orchestrating these between yourselves and the bridal party. If you're unsure - we recommend only a handful (5-7) of these family photographs.

How far in advance can we book you?Certain dates of the year are more popular than others - so it's best to secure me as early as you can to avoid disappointment! Bookings can be taken up to 2 years before the wedding date but it's not out of the question for me to accept a booking with just a few days notice if I'm available for you.

Do we need to pay a deposit to secure our booking?For weddings we ask for a booking fee of £600 to be paid to secure your wedding date. To make it fair we work on a first come first serve basis - so once we receive your payment and signed contract - the date is yours! The outstanding amount is then due 1-2 months prior to your wedding day.

We love Black and White images - will we get these, too?Absolutely adore black and white photography. Certain images actually work better in black and white, they have the ability to totally enhance mood and emotion - as they can completely shift the focus of a moment. This is why a portion of your photos in your gallery will be in black and white.

Who owns the Copyright?We retain copyright of our photos - our clients receive a Personal Use Licence which allows unlimited prints/albums, shares on Social Media and downloads. This Licence does not cover any Commercial Use with third parties - if Wedding Suppliers would like to use any of our images they would need to credit us/link to our website or get in touch to buy the images from us.

What happens to our wedding files?Your edited photo files will be uploaded to your password protected private online gallery which will be available to you and your guests for 2 years - we strongly suggest downloading each and every photo within this time-frame and having them backed up nice and securely. Please note that we do not store or release RAW unedited/untouched images - as these are hefty files and for professional use only.

Can we make prints directly from the hi-res images that you provide us?You certainly can - the images are in a high-resolution format and a print ready. Your wedding gallery will be privately nestled in our Client Area - so, as soon as they're ready, you'll be able to instantly share them with your guests! We do kindly ask - that if you are going to upload them to Social Media Networks that you please don't add any filters and please do mention us - it fills us to the brim with happiness being taken back to your day a glimpse at a time and seeing which photos are special to you.
